Candlelight & Cords is an evening yoga experience designed to help you unwind, release the week, and return to yourself.

Held every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7:30pm, this beginner-friendly flow is practiced by candlelight and accompanied by live guitar. The combination of intentional movement, breathwork, and live sound creates a calming atmosphere that supports nervous system restoration and deep relaxation.

We’ll move slowly and mindfully, allowing space for both strength and softness. The live guitar adds warmth and rhythm to the practice, helping you settle into your body and quiet the mind.

This class is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you are welcome here.
