Yoga In The Park

Join us in the park for a extra special Summer Solstice edition of Yoga in the Park. Marking the longest day of the year with a slower, more intentional start.

We’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow designed to wake up the body and ease you into the energy of the season. There’ll be space to pause, breathe, and settle, followed by a short guided meditation - an opportunity to reflect, set a quiet intention, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness.

This Solstice edition is about keeping things simple: being outside, tuning in, and starting the day with a bit more awareness. Welcoming in Summer together!

Open to all levels - just bring a mat and come as you are.

You can join us all Summer for our ever popular series of outdoor Yoga sessions this Summer!

An accessible, fun & energising morning Vinyasa style Yoga class outdoors in the beautiful Roberts Park, Saltaire

9:45 am – 11am. The class will include some breath work, meditation and a relaxation at the end.

Due to the popular nature of these events we advise that you book early to avoid disappointment. You will need to bring your own mat to practice with but if you don’t own one then please email us on [email protected] as we can lend out a limited number.

July: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th,

August: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th,

September: 6th

On Arrival

Meet near the bandstand - arrive around 9:30am to roll out your mat on the grass in time for the start of class. When you arrive one of our Karmi Yoga helpers will sign you in and tick you off our list. You must let us know you have arrived. You will then be invited to set up your mat.

Waiver

Cancelling your place

This will be a hot ticket so please book early to secure your spot. As there are plenty who would like to join us for these events - we are running a waitlist system & cancellation policy, and ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. No refund is available unless we can fill the spot from those on the waitlist.

Please do not turn up to the event if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID or if you feel unwell.

***Wet Weather Plan***

All participants will be contacted with plenty of notice via email if play gets called off because of rain. If this happens for Summer Solstice, we will plan to move this inside in to the Heather Yoga studio in Saltaire.
