Inner Peace Soul Rituals invites you to a therapeutic connected breathwork and sound healing journey designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and reconnection with self.
This 90-minute workshop gently weaves together conscious connected breathwork, grounding techniques, guided relaxation, and Tibetan sound healing to create a calming and restorative experience for both mind and body. The session is held in a compassionate, trauma-informed way, with a focus on emotional safety, self-awareness, and working within your own comfort level.

Conscious connected breathwork is an active breathing practice that can help support emotional release, mental clarity, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. By working intentionally with the breath, participants may experience a greater connection between mind and body, helping to release built-up stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm held within the system.

This is an open-level workshop and no previous experience is needed. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honour their individual needs throughout.
The workshop is suitable for most adults looking to slow down, reconnect, and experience a more therapeutic and holistic approach to wellbeing.
Pregnancy:
This workshop is not suitable during pregnancy due to the conscious connected breathwork practice.
Accessibility:
Most of the session will take place lying down or seated on a yoga mat, with minimal standing required. Participants who are unable to stand can still take part and adaptations can be offered where possible. Please contact us in advance with any accessibility

Sharon is a qualified psychotherapist and founder of Inner Peace CBT & Wellness and Inner Peace Soul Rituals. With over 15 years’ experience supporting emotional wellbeing, she offers a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach that weaves together psychotherapy, conscious connected breathwork, and Tibetan sound healing in a holistic and grounding way.
Her therapeutic approach means sessions are held with a strong focus on emotional safety, nervous system awareness, self-compassion, and gentle guidance, helping participants feel
supported while exploring rest, release, and reconnection with themselves. Sharon is passionate about creating calm, compassionate spaces that nurture inner peace, balance, and wellbeing
