Embossed Metal Woodland Creatures
Ever looked at your old drinks cans and seen a shimmering owl or a mystical hare? Well, it’s time to look closer! Join us for a unique upcycling workshop where we transform everyday aluminium cans into intricate, embossed woodland creatures.
You’ll learn how to turn trash into treasure. These lightweight sculptures make for enchanting art, ornaments, or whimsical additions to your bookshelves.
What You’ll Learn
Metal Anatomy: How to safely deconstruct a drink can into a flat, workable "canvas."
The Art of Embossing: Master the use of the tools to create 3D depth and textures without tearing the metal.
Finishing Touches: You’ll mount your beautiful creations on a rustic wooden log stump ready to display in your home.
Workshop Highlights
Sustainability in Action: Each participant will rescue and repurpose a few cans from the recycling bin, turning them into permanent art.
All Tools Provided: We supply the cans (although more donations are always welcome), and all the equipment you will need.
Forest Friends: Don’t worry I’ve done some of the work for you and you can choose from a variety of templates to create your woodland critters!
Beginner-friendly! If you can trace a line, you can emboss a masterpiece.
Cost - £30 per person (includes all materials and equipment use).
Duration - 2 hour class.
Skill Level - Suitable for beginners.
