Please join me every Thursday evening for slow flowing yoga. These classes take place in a peaceful village hall with plenty of parking just outside of Shrewsbury in Cruckmeole.We will strengthen, stretch and mobilise in these classes. I teach yoga from the ground up and the inside out, inviting you to find your own version of each pose. As a result my classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners.
You can expect to begin with grounding postures and some core strengthening movements. We will flow through standing postures and eventually settle back to the ground to rest and release. There will always be pranayama (breathwork) and plenty of time for to settle and absorb the benefits of the practice at the end of the class.
My teaching is informed by the changes going on in the world around us. Sometimes I might share poetry or meditation practices, but the classes will always be lighthearted and inclusive. There is absolutely no need to be strong, or fit, or flexible to attend (I am none of these things!).
