Thanks to a hugely successful workshop with Kaz Hall, we're delighted to welcome Kaz back to Jenna Blair Yoga for another Arts Council Funded session.
This creative workshop will encourage you to practice mindfulness, nurture your creativity, and explore your inner self in a safe, non-judgmental space. Take a moment to relax and let your art flow freely using mixed media to create your very own unique affirmation cards.
Using autumn and the changing season as our theme, you'll be encouraged to embrace the process and enjoy the journey of self-discovery through art. Let your positive affirmations for autumn shine through in every stroke and colour you choose. This is your time to unwind, rejuvenate, and let your creativity flow.
All materials are provided, and the workshop is suitable for total beginners.
