We would love to welcome you on our Shropshire Yoga Retreat!This retreat is 3 nights, all inclusive, in a luxury newly renovated barn conversion. All food is healthy, home cooked vegetarian fayre, prepared in house.
Rooms are newly appointed, with twin beds, luxury white linen and fluffy towels. There are 4 bathrooms shared between 12 guests, including power showers and a bath.
We run a fluid schedule, taking queues from our guests, their expections and desires and the weather we have when the weekend arrives. Typically a day will include morning meditation, morning yoga practice, a walk in the surrounding Shropshire hills, shared meal times, maybe Pilates or Barre class, a longer workshop style yoga class, evening yin or yoga nidra and plenty of time to be alone or relax together in the communal lounge.
Everything is optional. This is your weekend to curate.
This retreat is guided by Eileen Wallace, Sasha Ford and a Guest Teacher.

All rooms can be secured with a £150 non-refundable/transferable deposit. This can be done as a payment plan for no extra cost.
