Explore the chakra system through a journey of yoga, meditation, journaling and more! This workshop will be an introduction to the chakra system: the philosophy behind it as well as some practical tips to take away for balancing the chakras in daily life.
All welcome, no previous knowledge or experience is needed. There will even be time for some casual and relaxed discussion over a cup of herbal tea!
