Come and join us to start your evening with the relaxing & transforming power of Yoga!

This Hatha Yoga class is open for beginners and intermediate students.

Languages: The class will be held in English and/or easy German depending on participants.

Workshop facilitator: I’m Ruth and I have been passionate about the transformational power of yoga for over 15 years. I’m a certified hatha and yin yoga teacher.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
There are only gymnastics mats available at the location.
Class starts at 5:15 pm, but please make sure to arrive 10-15 min before.

This event is donation based :) We’re a small, non-profit NGO that wants to provide shelter to people in need, a safe place for people who have been discriminated against, and a place to express oneself during workshops.
