YOGA MAGIC by Sebastiaan - Its a Trip, its a Journey.
In Yoga Magic, Sebastiaan invites you to take your time and come along your own journey, which is waiting right inside of you. We’ll meditate and breathe, we’ll practice Asana [a dynamic flow of yoga poses] and sprinkle in some Kundalini Bliss [a combination of different breathwork, Reiki, Kriya practices] to invite the light, to refresh and to connect to our divine creative self. Next is a little story about our own unity and love, told during Shavasana [lying down in deep relaxation]. We'll move to the point where all journeys begin: in stillness.

Sebastiaan works as an Photographer and Music Producer. He loves practicing Yoga, Union, Oneness, Love and reading, sharing stories on the subject from Tantra, the Tao, Channeled Material, Buddha, Gene Keys, I Ching, Yoga Sutras and many more. Yoga sessions often have a topic like hip opening, and start with a meditation, followed by asana practice, breathwork, then a deeper stretch, a little yoga story, and in a state of Bliss, Shavasana. With changing topics across his workshops, Sebastiaan will guide you through any emotional or physical burden in your body, to release the inner self you deserve to be.

<h4>Duration:</h4>1h to 75 min (depending on the sessions itself)
<h5>What do you need:</h5>Yoga Mat and something to drink.
Scarf or sleeping mask to cover your eyes during meditaion is recommended.
<h5>Level:</h5>All levels are warmly welcome.
With every pose there are multiple options; modifications to your personal bodys physique will be offered.
