Relaxing Sound Bath - Prenzlauer Berg

This session is designed for those seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating sound healing experience in a small group setting (max. 6 attendees).

It is a premium offering, which centers around the serene and unique tones of Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drum and gong. Imagine the sensation of a resonating bowl placed on your body, its vibrations embracing you.

We will start with a brief breathwork and grounding meditation to set intentions and cultivate calmness. This practice will gently ease your mind and settle your body.

Cozy futons, an array of pillows, as well as tea and nuts are provided to ensure the utmost comfort.

The following hour of the sound bath, taking place in this small and personalized setting, is the perfect treat after a long day!

Diese Session ist für alle jene gedacht, die auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen und erholsamen Klangerfahrung in einer kleinen Gruppe sind (max. 6 Teilnehmer).

Dieses besondere Angebot fokussiert auf die besinnlichen und einzigartigen Töne tibetischer Klangschalen, schamanischer Trommel und Gongs. Zudem wirst du erfahren, wie es sich anfühlt, eine harmonisch klingende Schale auf deinem Körper zu spüren, begleitet von ihrer sanften Vibration.

Zu Beginn starten wir mit einer kurzen Atemübung und erdenden Meditation, der du eine persönliche Intension geben kannst. Diese Praxis wird deinen Geist sanft beruhigen und deinen Körper ausgleichen.

Für maximalen Komfort gibt es weiche Futons, eine Vielzahl von Kissen sowie Tee und Nüsse zur Verfügung.

Das anschließende Klangbad, im kleinen und persönlichen Rahmen, ist der perfekte Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag!
