The session starts with pranayama - a set of breathing exercises which can clear the physical & emotional obstacles in our body. A pranayama practice can stimulate the parasympathetic system, countering the overstimulation our bodies go through, e.g. during the fight or flight response. We can calm ourselves by changing our breathing patterns. Even just taking time out to consciously become more aware of our breath can help us to alter our emotional states. After the breathwork, you’ll experience a relaxing sound journey.

About Mona

Mona is a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and systemic coach in training. Her aim is to create and share a space for everyone to discover and express themselves. Music has always been Mona’s passion. She is a classical trained vocalist and plays the piano. Sound is not only what makes her move, but what guides her. Her teacher training in Rishikesh, India, has led her deeper into yoga philosophy and Bhakti Yoga.
