Yoga for a Cause

Join the 300hr yoga teacher graduates of Yogapod Reno for an all-levels vinyasa class with live demos, music, and optional hands on adjustments. Class is free to attend but all donations will go to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northern Nevada, a wonderful nonprofit that creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of our local youth.
Arrive at 12:30pm to sign your waiver, class will run from 1:00-2:00pm. Stay afterwards to have teachers answer your alignment questions, learn more about yoga outside the physical practice, and mingle with your community!
