Welcome to the Sound Bath Journey

This offering is a sacred invitation to return to your center through the healing vibrations of sound and the deep remembering of your heart’s wisdom.

A minimum of 5 attendees is required for this event. If fewer than 5 participants register, the event will be canceled and refunds will be issued.

What to Expect:

This immersive experience weaves together:

• Sound and Frequency Healing:

Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments are attuned to specific frequencies that help regulate the nervous system, entrain the brain to calmer wave states, and gently release stagnant energy stored in the body.

• Community Connection in Circle:

We begin and close in circle—with optional check-ins and shared reflections. Sitting in intentional community reminds us that while our paths are unique, we are not alone. Sharing space builds connection, deepens healing, and strengthens the web of belonging.

Guidelines for This Sacred Space

To maintain the integrity and safety of this offering, we ask for your mindfulness and respect:

• This is a mature-space event.

The venue is located within a medical facility, and while energetically held, it is not conducive to small children or high activity. 12+ and guardian needed if under 18 years of age. Please honor this as a space for deep inner work and rest.

• Please arrive early or on time.

Doors will open about 20 min beforehand and the doors will close promptly at the start to maintain the container. Late arrivals may disrupt the group’s nervous system entrainment.

• Refrain from distractions.

Kindly silence phones, avoid strong scents, and be aware of movements or sounds that may draw others out of their process.

• Trust what arises.

Some frequencies may stir emotional release, tension, or subtle discomfort. This is a normal part of energetic unwinding. Trust that everything you feel is temporary and part of the healing. You are supported.

• Brainwave States:

During this session, you may drift into alpha, theta, or even delta brainwave states, often associated with deep meditation, intuitive insight, and healing. There’s no right or wrong experience—simply receive what comes.

• Precautions & Medical Considerations:

While generally safe for most, sound healing and Reiki may not be appropriate for individuals with:

• Pacemakers or serious heart conditions

• Severe psychiatric conditions

• Epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures

• Certain early pregnancies or recent surgeries

Please consult with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure. Your safety and comfort are sacred.

What to Bring:

• There are reclining chairs but bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, if preferred

• All the cozies: Pillow, bolster, or eye mask if desired and comfortable clothing

• Water as it’s important to stay hydrated

• An open heart and gentle curiosity
