Harmonic Serenity Sound Bath

Step out of the noise and into an hour of deep, restorative calm. Sound Practitioner Melanie Fox guides you through an immersive sound bath experience featuring Crystal Tones alchemy bowls and other sound healing instruments, crafting a rich, layered soundscape designed to quiet the mind, ease the body, and gently restore your nervous system to balance.

Whether you're new to sound healing or a returning guest, Harmonic Serenity offers a space to simply arrive, let go, and rest.

You'll be lying down for most of the session, so please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or bolster. Lots of props are available, but your comfort is personal. Reserve your spot in advance to help us prepare a cozy space for you. Walk-ins are also welcome, and cash in person is welcome.
