This experience is designed to help you unwind, recenter, and restore a sense of calm from the inside out, all in the cool comfort of Wildflower on 7th in Reno.

Wildflower on 7th is a community center, not a yoga studio, so please bring a yoga mat or towel, pillow, blanket, and something for under your knees. You’ll be lying down for most of the session, so comfort is essential. Feel free to bring whatever helps you settle in and get cozy.
