Flow and Flourish is a monthly space to learn and explore what it means to be well. You'll begin with a guided discussion on a specific health or wellness topic, followed by a breathwork and/or mindfulness practice to improve our mind-body connection. Workshops will explore energizing and/or calming practices. Further exploration through movement will end the evening.
This is ideal for anyone seeking a deeper mind-body connection, support with nervous system regulation, or nerdy evidence-based health discussions. Each month offers a unique opportunity to nurture yourself in a supportive and welcoming space.
