Join Yoga Therapist Gabrielle Marangi in this 2 hour yoga therapeutics immersion to open and unwind the whole body. We’ll deepen the experience with two tools: a tennis ball (included for you to keep) and a yoga strap (studio provided or your own)
As we target busy, overworked and often tensed muscle groups while keeping the nervous system in a regulated state, we can experience emotional regulation, stress relief, more ease, greater function, mental clarity, increased focus and so much more!
Tight hamstrings? Work at a desk or on a computer? Any Moms and Dads out there? Hot/Vinyasa/Power yogi? Weightlifters and athletes? I am talking to YOU!
