Emotions Playground

We are here, alive, feeling, and moving together. Collaboration, connection, and feeling instead of numbing are acts of resistance and liberation.

In this 6-week community, we will come together (once/week) to be, express, and witness each other through somatic exercises. I will offer coaching with tenderness and warmth and you will come exactly as you are to witness and be witnessed.

Session 1 - Relationship with Feeling - how do you currently express emotions? Is it safe for your body to release energies as they come up? What are the stories that you carry around the vocalization of your primal senses?

Session 2 - Exploration of Anger & Rage - how do these particular energies come in, reside, and exit your system? How do you currently express them and an invitation to explore alternate ways of allowing them to move through you. Herein lies your power for movement and shift.

Session 3 - Exploration of Sadness & Grief - where have these particular energies made a home in your body? An invitation to see them as reminders of LOVE lost or never had, as food for the souls of those missed. An invitation to re-visit these and honor them.

Session 4 - Exploration of Pleasure & Joy - what if you were allowed to feel these for as long as they want to be in you? Allowing for your capacity to grow in the “difficult” “shadow” emotions will enhance your capacity to be in the fullness of pleasure, joy, and light.

Session 5 - Exploration of LOVE - We are made of it, for it, in it. the frequency of this emotion permeates all and is the source of all growth. May we bathe in it, together.

Session 6 - Our last session will be a coming together to re-visit our relationship to the shifting energies and to witness ourselves in each other in the subtle or monumental shifts happening inside of us.
