Join us for yoga every Tuesday evening with Kara. Open to our Lodge Guests and the community! Please donate to the instructor, suggested donation is $20.Bring your mat, water bottle and your smile!
Please park at the North end of the property and meet in the main lodge building.

KARA'S BIO:
Kara is a certified yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2017. She enjoys guiding people of all levels of experience into a meaningful yoga practice. In addition to yoga, she leads meditations and retreats, and offers healing work with Dancing Goose Therapeutics. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and writing, and is working on staying on her bike up the Manitou hills.
