New Moon Reset: Yoga, Reiki & Sound Bath
Schedule
Sat Jan 17 2026 at 04:00 pm to 06:00 pm
UTC-07:00Location
Singing Bowls of the Rockies | Colorado Springs, CO
As the new moon arrives, join us for a calming evening of gentle yoga, breath, and soundโan invitation to slow down and reset after the week.
Alainna will guide you through an easy, mindful yoga flow centered on release and ease. No experience is needed. The movement is simple and supportive, helping your body unwind while your breath brings you back into the present moment.
From there, youโll settle into stillness as Dr. Gigi Turner fills the space with the resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. The sound bath encourages deep rest, quieting the nervous system and creating space for reflection and renewal.
Youโll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and gently refreshedโperfectly aligned with the fresh start of the new moon.

Alainna is a Colorado Springs native, a dedicated yoga practitioner, and a proud mom to two wonderful boys, ages 15 and 9โplus two energetic little pups who keep life playful and full of love. Her journey with yoga began over 20 years ago when a friend invited her to a traditional hot Bikram class. From that first class, she was hooked.
For Alainna, yoga has become an essential anchor through every season of life. She believes the practice meets you exactly where you areโphysically, mentally, and emotionallyโand that all it asks is that you show up. Through intentional breath, mindful movement, and presence, she has experienced profound healing, growth, and inner expansion.
Sharing yoga with others is a gift she cherishes. Her teaching is rooted in compassion, awareness, and the belief that each person deserves space to reconnect with themselves. She looks forward to welcoming you to your mat and holding space for movement, breath, and peace.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where youโre immersed in soothing sound waves from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As you relax and listen, your brain shifts into calmer states, helping the body unwind, the mind quiet, and the nervous system settle. Many people use sound baths to ease stress, support emotional release, and reconnect with themselves.
Our sessions may include over a variety of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chakra-tuned sets, crystal quartzophone harp, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, handpans, kalimba, tingshas, and other traditional instruments from around the world.
