Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath is an immersive group experience curated to invite deep rest, embodied presence, and subtle realignment. Guided by Jessica and John, this sound bath is designed to support the body’s natural capacity for restoration and regeneration.Through long-held, fully supported poses, or seats of yoga - known as asana - the physical body is cradled by various props and bolsters, welcoming restoration, integration, and transmutation. Layered with the multidimensional resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, the vibrations of sound move through the subtle layers of being, offering an opportunity to unfold, restore, and return to yourself again and again.
What to Expect?
Restorative Yoga + Sound Journey:
Guided through long-held supported poses, the body is invited to unfold and soften while the sound bath weaves multidimensional frequencies through the space. This embodied practice encourages the nervous system to regulate, supporting your natural capacity for healing and wholeness. Throughout the gathering, the combination of supported stillness and sacred sound invites observation of subtle sensations in body, mind, and energy as you move into deep rest and integration.
What to Bring?
A yoga mat, blanket, and/or cushion for comfort
A journal and pen for any reflections
Water to stay hydrated
An open heart, ready for resonance and renewal

Registration required. Sliding scale: $22 to $44.
Space is limited to eleven participants to honor the depth and intimacy of this experience.
