New Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

Join us under the tranquil embrace of the New Moon for an evening of sound healing and inner reflection. This gathering is designed to align your energy with the renewing power of the lunar cycle, offering a peaceful reset from the rhythm of daily life.

As the new moon invites new beginnings, you’ll be guided by Dr. Gigi Turner, PsyD, into a deeply immersive sound bath experience using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes, and other harmonic instruments. The sound encourages the nervous system to soften and settle, creating space to release what no longer serves you and invite in clarity, peace, and openness.

We’ll close our time together with a cup of 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚.

Ceremonial cacao is known for its natural ability to gently open the heart and support emotional presence. It isn’t psychedelic or intense—rather, it encourages warmth, groundedness, and a deeper connection with yourself and the space around you. Sharing cacao together helps us integrate the experience, allowing the insights and sensations from the sound bath to land more fully.

- 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Align with the energy of the new moon to plant seeds for the cycle ahead.

- 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨: We’ll close with a shared cup of ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from Guatemala—offered to gently open the heart, ground the experience, and support connection with yourself and the group.

To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 to cover your mat and 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭 to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Doors open 7 minutes before event start time.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
