🍂Welcoming Samhain ,🍂As the daylight hours lessen we feel and sense the change of rhythm in the body ,mind and soul .
This Day retreat is as an invitation to take time out for yourself ,to slow things down a little ,to reconnect to restore balance ,
To connect with your own sacred inner space ,the ground of your being ,which allows you to deepen your connection with the deep feminine aspect of yourself !!

As we honor the cycles of the Celtic calendar ,,connecting with the rhythms of nature we become more deeply connected to our true selves ,
This time of Samhain represents the beginning of the Celtic new Year !!
and it is also the time when the veils between worlds are at their thinnest ,, so an amazing time for clarity , letting go of what no longer serves us and creating space for something new and a time to connect more deeply with ourselves and our own innate Wisdom I🙏🍂
We will begin the day with a slow flowing gentle yoga practice
Which will allow us to connect with the gift of deep connection with body , and breath 🍂
Then take a sort break for lunch ,
Then moving into a deeply nourishing Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra practice
And ending with high vibrational Chant and a beautiful healing sound bath ,to nourish body and soul
a true gift to yourself
As always Ann will share her gift of voice and sound ,,
We will also work with the healing gifts of doTERRA essential oils ,to awaken the senses and nourish our body ,mind and spirit ,
Cost of the day retreat is €75 which includes light lunch. herbal teas ,and healthy snacks .
