Wednesday Feel Great Beginners Yoga & Meditation.11:30 - 12:45pm.
5 consecutive week course €60 drop in available.
This class will equally strengthen, stretch, increase flexibility and repair muscles in need of love. Each class will end in a short yoga Nidra meditation.
Come along and release tension an anxiety with mindful breath and movement, give yourself the gift of yoga & meditation with time to pause be still find calm, relax. Enjoy life to the fullest.
