Beginners Flow Yoga every Tuesday 6:45 - 8pm.5 consecutive weeks course €60. Drop in 15€.

Flow Yoga is a moving meditation it is a dynamic faster paced class where we flow through the different asanas helping develop cardiovascular fitness stamina and endurance. new or returning students are very welcome, all poses or asanas can be modified to suit your ability.
Classes will end in a 10/15mins guided meditation for deep rest and relaxation.
