We practice yoga poses, do mindfulness activities and have fun in a way to encourage children to use their imagination.
We focus on body movements, making shapes and finding our balance.
Practicing yoga helps children to develop good posture and coordination, increase concentration, self-awareness and self-esteem. It is the best way to strengthen personal foundations for happy and meaningful lives.
