Everyone needs a little more calm in their lives.
Calming Yoga will help you ground and find your center as you take some well deserved time to reconnect to the deepest self by creating space in the body-mind-spirit with breath and movement.
We will move slowly and mindfully allowing our bodies to move safely into each pose with sufficient time to make adjustments so you have time to modify poses as needed, it is here where we can find ease, comfort and bliss in every pose.
Come along release deep tension give yourself the gift of yoga with time to pause and be still find calm, relax. Enjoy life to the fullest.

You Will Need your own Yoga Mat, blanket if you wish for the Meditation at the end and wear something comfy you can move freely in
