Vietnamese Street BBQ : Grilled Pork Skewers & Betel Leave Beef (GF)
About this Event
Come to our class to learn how to make these delectable skewers a Great for dinners, snacks, appetizers or even BBQ!
All ingredients are inlcuded. Vegan options are available upon request. Please send us an email to [email protected] if you have any diet restrictions. The food can be enjoy after class or bring home.
Betel Leave Wrapped Beef (Bo La Lot): The filling are made with beef (or plant-based meat for vegan option). Marinated with lemongrass and Vietnamese seasoning. then wrapped with betel leaves and grilled. Enjoy with a dipping sauce.
Grilled Pork Skewers: Pork is marinated with lemongrass, Vietnamese seasoning and spices. Then pierce the meat through skewers and grilled. Topped with Scallion oil and enjoy.
