Step into a special breath work meditation and let's fly together! Please bring a mat (and pillows if you like) to lay down in the sanctuary as we use our breath as a vehicle of consciousness. Ali Fitzpatrick will be joining in the event, doing some sound healing with the gong during a phase of the meditation. Should be a mind blower - Ali is fantastic!
It will be sure to stimulate your system for physical, mental and emotional healing, letting go of stuck energy and expanding into the possibilities. Bring your friends who could use some strong vibrational energy!
As a 18-year meditator and student of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jay Peterson will have a short discussion on the mind/body connection and will start the meditation around 7:10.
