Come join ATH.ISA Sound Wellness at Enabling Village - Caregivers Pod for a tranquil hour of relaxation and connection for individuals of all abilities, special needs, caregivers and loved ones.

Be surrounded by the calming sounds of singing bowls, drum, rainstick and chimes — soothing the mind and nurturing the heart. This session offers a safe and welcoming space to rest, recharge, and simply be. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and enjoy moments of mindfulness through the healing power of sound.
