NYU Family Day 2026

NYU is joining up with expert guides from Forest Atelier for NYU's Family Day 2026. Forest Atelier is a child-led, play-based forest school in Singapore. Children will venture off as a group into the back-roads of Dempsey while parents will take a break at Baker & Cook for a catch-up brunch, coffee, and sunday rest!

Timings

• 9.00-9.30am - Check-in at Baker & Cook
• 9.30-11.30am - Kid's Adventure with Forest Atelier
• 9.30-11.30am - Parents Brunch at Baker & Cook
• 12 Noon - Event Concludes

Age Range

• Typically ages 3-8 years old
• (let us know if your child is close to this range but slightly outside)

Duration

• 2 hours

Activities (tbd based on final sign-up numbers!)

• Nature treasure hunts
• Tree climbing
• Shelter and den building
• Nature crafts and creative projects
• Potion making
• Basket weaving

Max Capacity

• 20 children (hard cap)

Pricing

• Pricing is per child (adults are free, just pay your own drinks & food at Baker & Cook)

Safety

• Fully facilitated by first aid trained and forest school certified facilitators
