As we move through this practice we help to reset our muscular and nervous system. Created around crucial and often instinctive behaviours, this practice accesses and maintains healthy muscle tone, improves posture, releasing muscle tension, and calms & supports the nervous system.
AND... its all lying down, back, sides, belly and with eye closed so deeply connective to your own self and not worrying about what you look like and if you are doing it wrong. So deliciously relaxing too!
