What is included:
* Accomodation at Kilvrough Manor near Three Cliffs Bay - single rooms, double occupancy and triple occupancy (in bunk style rooms - no shared bunks) options. Basic but comfortable.
* Transport to and from the beach for surfing.
* Surfboard & wetsuit hire and surf lessons.
* All meals - lunch and dinner will be provided by the wonderful Niamh at Rhannu Supper Club.
* All sessions - Yoga, gong baths, chanting etc.
** Please note that if the conditions are not right for surfing we will be paddleboarding instead.
Sarah Betterton will be joining Ruth, bringing her surfing expertise and enthusiasm, and years of experience in outdoor education.
