*The Original Beach Yoga 2026* it's the announcement you've all been waiting for! I'm super excited to share with you that this year, Beach Yoga will kick off the first week of May, with Claire Nicholls-de Freitas from Tŷ Casa Yoga leading Tuesdays and myself, Helen Wilson , leading Thursdays. This means I can keep my two lovely classes going on a Tuesday night at Penlan Leisure Centre. For those of you who don't know, Claire is a WKY trained teacher, who has been a regular attendee at Beach Yoga for many years. This is our 12th year leading this wonderful community based class. Both sessions run from 7-8pm. Donation only, all welcome. Check in on the day for weather updates. Donation by card available on the night.
