The Threshold: A Spring Equinox Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Experience

The Spring Equinox is a point of balance, with equal light and dark, and the beginning of a new astrological year. It is a natural threshold, a moment to pause, reflect, and consciously choose how you want to move into what’s next.

This 90-minute experience is designed as a guided crossing.

We will begin with gentle somatic grounding and reflection to acknowledge the season you are stepping out of and the qualities you are ready to embody. Through a brief and intentional writing ritual, followed by a shared physical crossing, you will have the opportunity to mark this transition in a tangible way.

From there, you will be guided into an immersive sound bath designed to support integration, forward movement, and nervous system coherence. Crystal singing bowls, bronze bowls, and chimes will create a layered field of sound to help anchor your intention and settle it into the body.

Rather than forcing change or chasing intensity, this experience is about moving with clarity and the conscious crossing of thresholds.

What to bring:
Please bring along all that you need to feel cozy on the floor like a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Eye masks and cushioned chairs will be available. Pajamas welcome and encouraged!
