Jacki and Erin invite you to this gathering that takes place in the days leading up to the Spring Equinox - a threshold that asks for recalibration before forward movement. As light increases, the nervous system, emotional body, and energy field are called to rebalance so renewal can arise from steadiness, not strain.
Through guided breathwork, nervous system regulation, energetic balancing, and intentional plant support, we’ll engage practices that restore coherence and inner authority. A special tea blend will be introduced as an ally for emotional balance and liminal awareness, supporting clear perception during transition.
