Community Meditation & Sound Bath
Every 2nd Friday • 6–7 PM • Center for Spiritual Living, Olympia
Doors open at 5:45 PM

Settle into a gentle evening of rest, grounding, and nervous system support. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation and ease into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, bronze bowls, and soft chimes.

This space is designed to help you unwind, breathe deeper, and return to yourself.

What to Bring
Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable lying down... a thick mat, blanket, pillow, or even a sleeping bag. Chairs and eye masks are available for anyone who prefers to sit.

No experience needed. Come ease tension, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through sound.
