Family Sound Bath

This playful sound experience invites kids and caregivers to explore sound together in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Through gentle sound, playful curiosity, and simple nervous system reset practices, families are invited to unwind, reconnect, and experience sound in a whole new way.

Rather than asking children to be perfectly still, this experience honors their natural rhythms, moving between moments of playful exploration and periods of quiet listening.

Along the way, kids will discover how sound can help calm their bodies, reset their energy, and invite rest.

Caregivers remain with their children throughout the experience. Movement, curiosity, and exploration are all welcome.

Please bring along anything you'd like to feel most comfortable playing and resting on the floor. Mats, blankets, pillows, pajamas, and stuffies are all welcome and encouraged. We'll be gathering in the sanctuary so water only but snacks and other beverages are welcome in the community hall.

Space is limited so please register ahead!
