Listening With the Body: A Somatic Sound Experience

These special sessions offers an embodied introduction to sound healing designed for a lively fair environment. Rather than a traditional full sound bath, this experience blends conversation, curiosity, and short experiential sound segments that invite you to explore how sound and vibration are felt in the body.

We’ll begin with a brief overview of sound healing and how listening, sensation, and awareness interact. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of short sound experiences using a variety of instruments, with gentle invitations to notice resonance, texture, and subtle shifts in sensation. There will also be space for questions and shared curiosity throughout.

To preserve a calm, grounded atmosphere and allow for a more personal, felt experience, attendance is intentionally limited. Keeping the group small supports clearer listening, deeper presence, and the opportunity for interaction and questions.

This experience is well-suited for those who are new to sound healing as well as those who are familiar and curious to explore sound through a more embodied, sensory lens.

You're welcome to bring anything you'd like to feel most comfortable. Cushions will be available. All ages are welcome!
