Charcuterie boards may look elaborate and time-consuming, but creating a beautiful board can be easier than you think! In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how to combine simple grocery-store ingredients with a little visual artistry to create an impressive spread your guests will love.
With the holidays just around the corner, you’ll learn the art of arranging a charcuterie board and how to pair meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts, olives, fruits, vegetables, and sweet and savory accents to create a beautiful presentation filled with the flavors and colors of the season.
We’ll also share tips for planning and preparing your board in advance, storing it properly, and customizing it for any gathering. You’ll leave with the confidence to create more than just a platter of cheese and salami—you’ll know how to build a stunning centerpiece for your holiday table.
Come learn the techniques, combinations, and creative touches that will make your next charcuterie board the star of the table.
You will create your own individual board to take home.
Instructor: Instructor Judi
Length: Approximately 2 hours
Format: Hands-On. You will work with other students in groups of up to 4 people. You will be standing and working for most of the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. At the conclusion of the class, everyone will enjoy the menu items created.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
