Join us for The Shared Table: A Cookbook Club collective right here at NTTC. Every other month we’ll choose a cookbook, cook from its pages, and come together at one long table to share, taste, and discuss.
This month we’re celebrating Erin French’s brand-new cookbook, The Lost Kitchen Volume 3: Seize the Supper, arriving October 13, 2026. At 304 pages, it’s the third volume in her beloved Lost Kitchen series.
Gwyn had the opportunity to dine at The Lost Kitchen a few years ago—and says it was amazing!
Join us for a culinary adventure inspired by Erin French’s signature style: simple, soulful cooking, bold flavors, and unforgettable dishes. Gather around the kitchen, roll up your sleeves, and enjoy a night of great food, good company, and a little culinary magic.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First and Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
