Thai Vegan Family Style Feast

As many of you know, i recently returned from my first trip to Thailand where i spent the first week studying and working with a renowned Thai vegan chef at her restaurant. Come and enjoy a family style feast of Thai vegan dishes as i share some of what i learned on this amazing trip. I will return in April to Bangkok for more studies.

The menu will include:

Tom Kha Soup

Fried vegetables with May Kay Dee special sauce
Tempeh Ka Prow (homemade tempeh with basil sauce)
Masammum curry with tofu, potato, pumpkin
Stir fried Morning glory leaves (or choy sum if Morning glory is not available)
Pad See yiu (Fresh rice noodles with dark soy sauce)
Bamboo shoots with shitake
Pickled vegetables
Rice
