Caribbean Vegan Family Style Feast

In this vegan feast we will serve the following dishes from Jamaica and Trinidad

Soup: Calaloo: Greens, taro and coocnut milk

Appetizeri: Saheena with tamarind chutney (Dal and greens fritters)

Entree:

Jerk Tempeh (Homemade tempeh, smoked over allspice wood, marinated in jerk sauce)

Cho cho salad with lime dressing (chayote squash, citrus, pecans and greens)

Stew peas (red beans stewed)

Run Down stew (root veggies and greens stewed in coconut milk and spices)

Rice and peas

Coco bread
