Thai Vegan Cooking Class

I have been spending time in Thailand, studying in the kitchen of an amazing Vegan chef in her restaurant and am sharing my studies. In April, i return for another month in Bangkok and will be doing more studies which i will share when i return in May!

In this hands on class we will learn the following dishes:

Vegetarian Sharks fin soup (mushroom and mung bean noodles)

Yam Woon Sen (Mung bean salad)

Stir fried Asparagus with shitake

Tempeh with Tamarind sauce (using my homemade fava bean tempeh)

Bananas with coconut sauce
