Seasonal Tea & Sound - Herbal Tea and Sound Bath

Join us at every equinox and solstice for a seasonal herbal tea tasting and centering sound bath with Sarah of Shoreline Healing Experience and Shiny of ancestral.time. Participants will take home a supportive tea blend and holistic well-being zine.

For community health, please stay home if you are feeling sick. The air filter will be on in the space and some KN95 masks will be available. Please bring an extra mask to share if you can!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mask, yoga mat and/or blanket and mug if you'd like. Some mugs and masks will be available.
