The Combine's MURPH

Get ready to push your limits at THE COMBINE's annual MURPH event! Join us on November 11, 2025 at 8:00 AM for a challenging workout that will test your strength and endurance. Inspired by the legendary CrossFit “Murph” challenge, this class delivers the same sense of accomplishment with approachable modifications for all fitness levels. You’ll complete a scaled version of the classic workout — running, bodyweight strength, and endurance — designed to build power, stamina, and grit without the intimidation factor.

Expect interval-style sets combining running or brisk walking, push-ups, rows, squats, and core work, with rest built in between segments. Whether you’re new to functional training or working your way back to full Murph form, this class meets you where you are while keeping the spirit of the challenge alive.

All levels welcome. Modifications, pacing options, and substitute movements are provided throughout to ensure everyone can finish strong.
