Bagel workshop (vegan)

Growing up Jewish and in Brooklyn, i learned to love bagels at a very young age. As a college student in Florida, i then learned how to make my own bagels and have been making them for decades, since.  

In this hands on vegan cooking class, we will learn to make bagels!

We will learn how to make a bagel dough and then shape the dough, boil, top and bake to create incredible bagels.

And a bagel needs a good schmear so we will make a cultured cashew cream cheese as well as a garlicky hummus.
