What?Join me for a sacred journey of Tantric Yoni & Lingam Yoga, designed to help you reconnect with your yin and yang energies through conscious movement, breathwork, and pelvic-focused practices. This class will create space for self-love, balance,grief and whatever your flow of creative energy will bring.
Both bodies with a lingam and yoni anre welcome.
Program:
Wed 6/11 : Tuning into your pelvis
Wed 13/11: Yin quality: let's learn to listen and follow our deep intuitions
Wed 20/11: Yang quality: let's relearn the beauty of structure
Wed 27/11: Balance, let's find our most serving mix of yin and yang
I bring a unique blend of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Tantra, drawing from my experience as a trained Tantra teacher at Aum Tantra Yoga and NVC practitioner. My approach is rooted in embodiment, offering gentle, practical tools for cultivating oneness and connection with your body.

Come 10 minutes earlier, as from the door to the yoga room takes at least 5 minutes

This class is designed for individuals with either female genital bodies or male genital bodies

I'm a parent and have nowhere to leave my kid, can I come?
The place is super cute and has a garden outside. If you want you can coordinate with other parents and maybe you take turn every week on alternating who cares for the babies.
