Sunset Sound Healing Yoga at the Beach with Justine and Rebecca

Join Rebecca and Justine in an hour of yoga accompanied by sweet sound healing music, followed by a 30 minute savasana sound bath.
We will be meeting just west of the community center, past the parking lot and the big willow tree.
Be sure to leave ample time to find parking! The beach lots tend to fill up fast, so you may be better off to park on the streets in the surrounding area and walk to the beach.
Payment is by voluntary donation, $20 suggested. A donation basket will be out for a cash offering if you prefer.
Dress warmly (it tends to be quite windy and can get chilly especially during savasana), bring your mat, a blanket, your water bottle, and a smile and join us!
